Nine Dalmatian pups (count 'em) are among the choicest dogs eligible for adoption at the Washtenaw County Humane Society shelter at 3113 Cherry Hill Rd. All females, the pups are about four months old and all have had distemper shots. Humane officers report that they are very companionable dogs and make ideal pets, particularly for out of doors. That fellow in the next cage is just an interested bystander.
