WHITE SHEEP GONE ASTRAY: Maybe Mary had a little lamb, but right now, her sheep is in the Ann Arbor Humane Society shelter, waiting for its owner to come along and pick it up. "Whitey" was picked up by city police on Frieze Ave. Monday night, and since has been tied up at the shelter, quite separate from the cats and dogs which are its usual residents. He is shown here with Mrs. Lucile Marshall, wife of the custodian at the shelter.

Goodyear, leaders in humane work at simple public exercises at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon. A bequest from the Goodyears' estate made possible the erection of the shelter (shown above) in 1937.
