One of Mrs. John Teachout's favorite French meals is salmon shells...a combination of salmon, white sauce and bread crumbs baked in a seashell. This is a excellent luncheon dish as well as for a quick supper. Mrs. Teachout picked up most of her culinary skill from an old French cook who was with her family.
