GRAND EXIT: One of the problems facing Mr. and Mrs. John C. King when they got ready to move away from 110 W. Kingsley St. was how to get their baby grand piano out of the third floor with a minimum of effort and damage. The solution: they removed a double window and gingerly lowered the instrument to the ground by means of a crane.
