Each afternoon at 4:30 Tucky, a semi-cocker spaniel, awaits the arrival of The Ann Arbor News carrier, Peter Staelens, 13, at the home of her mistress, Mrs. D. G. Quirk of 1370 Lathers Rd., on the western outskirts of Ypsilanti so that she herself, Tucky, can deliver The News to the front door.
