Taking Her Measure - Kiwanian Kenneth Dill measures the wrist of Elizabeth Marchard for a bracelet at the Senior Citizens Guild. Not the trinket kind of bracelet -- but one that could one day possibly saver her life: an emergency medical bracelet. She was one of an estimated 150 senior citizens tagged at five locations by the Downtown Kiwanis Club. The bracelets warn ambulance and hospital personnel of any special medical problems the bearer may have.
