Mrs. Frances Steencken brought her Irish Shamrock to brighten the business offices of Bell Telephone on St. Patrick's Day. The unusual 15-year-old plant, a gift, has been repotted many times over and takes frequent watering. The small five-petal blossom appears continuously: 30 or 40 might cover the plant at the height of its season.
