AWAIT VOTERS WITH SMILES: Election officials at the city's Third Ward, first precinct, polling place on Miller Ave., facing a long day ahead, nevertheless mustered wide smiles this morning. During the first four hours of voting, 395 electors cast their ballot here. Polls which opened at 7 a.m. throughout the city will remain open until 8 p.m. today. The officials (left to right) are Robert Schulze, Fred J. Williams, Fred J. Heusel and Kenneth Heininger.
