Pick your favorite - the Farmer's Market on Detroit St. has 'em all. For eating, choose Red Delicious, MacIntosh, Snows, Jonathans or Winesaps. Try Rhode Island Greens, Northern Spys, Wagners, Baldwins and Wolfe Rivers for baking and cooking. Steel Reds are a good winter apple. Staying crisp seemingly forever, they are eatable and cookable.

FLOWER MARKET: Betty Bishop, a very young lady shopper, visited Ann Arbor's Municipal Market this morning in search of flowers and plant and (left, above) looked over the produce brought in by George H. Dixon of Northville. Betty, who is 4 1/2, evidently found just what she wanted and (right, above) reaches for the plant of her choice. She's the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Bishop, jr., of 1612 Morton Ave. The market will be open Monday nights this summer.
