World Premiere's Actors: During a break in rehearsals for "Ivory Tower," which is to receive its world premiere in Ann Arbor, actor Jonathan Bolt (left) tells an anecdote that amuses Hurd Hatfield and John Randolph, who also star in the play. Hatfield will play the role of a poet on trial for treason, with Randolph and Bolt playing the prosecutor and defense attorneys respectively. The production is scheduled for May 10-14.

NEWEST YPSILANTIAN: Ypsilanti Mayor Vincent Buck presents Dame Judith Anderson, world-famous Shakespearean and classical actress, with a certificate making her an honorary citizen of the city during the Kickoff Dinner of the Ypsilanti Greek Theatre Saturday. Miss Anderson termed the theatre project "a courageous and magnificent undertaking."
