THREATENING SMOKESTACKS - June Haney, who lives in the subdivision behind ITT United Plastics Division in Brighton, is one of many residents who are complaining about the fumes coming from the factory's smokestacks. Headaches, nausea and vomiting are the most common symptoms reported since the smokestacks were installed.
