POINTING THE WAY: Pioneer Art Weid's right-hand index finger is still extended after his signal to Teammate Lot Fonville to "get No. 47" (Battle Creek's Emmett Brown) and thus clear the way for a 47-yard TD jaunt. Fonville really put a block on Brown and Weid moved untouched into the Bearcat end zone after a pretty run. This was Ann Arbor High's second touchdown which came early in the second period. The Pioneers added two more.
