UAW OFFICERS INSTALLED: New officers of the CIO-United Auto Workers Local 38 were formally installed in ceremonies at the UAW hall on W. Huron St. last night. Here Kenneth Sisson (far left), former president of the local, administers the oath of office. The officers are, left to right front row, Arthur Wood, financial secretary; Wilbur Keep, sergeant-at-arms; Fred Deighton, trustee; Floyd Bailey, vice president; and Royal Southworth, president; back row, Harley Tuthill, recording secretary; Fred Carstens, trustee; Robert Schulz, guide; and George Turk, trustee. The local has members in several Ann Arbor plants.
