This is a great parenting book.
Too many strategies to absorb or apply all at once, but definitely a book I have already started to use and will remember and come back to. It strikes me as applicable at least... hmmm... at least from three years old through the tween years, and maybe starting earlier and going later. It attends to both the background information to help you understand the WHY of a brain issue and the HOW of dealing with it. Interestingly (compared to most books), it also has sections on how to address these with your child, so that they can own their own learning.
And how cool is that? Actual, useful parenting strategies along with ways to give kids ownership over their own development and selves. Yep... this one is a hardcover purchase kind of book for me (and that's saying something!)

Informative submitted by czadams on August 28, 2022, 2:25pm I love these types of books that talk about how diet impacts every aspect of life! It is especially the case for kids.
