Creative vegan submitted by willow on August 25, 2016, 6:07am Bryant Terry sought inspiration in African and Caribbean food with a range of recipes in this book. It is vegan but not aggressive or weird. It is not imitation meat and is tasty in its own right. Lots of fresh favors.

A good concept submitted by redwood on August 1, 2019, 8:11am A cookbook with a lot of interesting recipes, a lot of heart. Especially interesting that Terry pairs recipes with reading or music, making this a bit more experiential.
