COMMUNITY REVIEWS

box office submitted by lekendrick on June 22, 2010, 2:05am probably one of the best children movies ever made heart warming being raised an only child really did see my self portrayed quite accurately if outlandishly on the big screen one for every man of the house so very common etc. & misc.

Ha! submitted by nfrassrand on June 23, 2011, 1:03pm This was one of the most funny movies I've ever watched!

good submitted by steelersfan1 on June 25, 2011, 2:01pm good

Really Funny submitted by iamnotonfire on July 13, 2011, 8:31pm It was SOOO FUNNY because Kevin set lots of traps like the one that he poured water on the steps outisde his house, and since it was winter, the water froze and made it slippery so the bad guys slipped on them. And the other time when Kevin dropped th eiron on the guy's face.

Great submitted by LuckyDuck on July 14, 2011, 9:40pm funny

Hilarious submitted by andreahubert on June 25, 2012, 11:53pm Every kid wants to be Kevin in this movie as he saves the day against the evil thieves terrorizing his neighborhood while families are away for the holidays. Kids also understand how Kevin feels unappreciated and overlooked in his family.

Good for kids submitted by ashflowtuff on June 29, 2012, 10:08am I think this movie is pretty lame and boring, but my son loves it. He thinks it's hilarious.

Love it submitted by Motomori on July 17, 2012, 2:02pm Love it

Fun for everyone submitted by SurfGrape on June 15, 2014, 3:30pm A great classic to watch after you're sick and tired of all the other sweet-and-sticky Christmas shows and you want something with a little more sass. Fun for grown ups and kids, too.

Home Alone submitted by SBNB on June 20, 2015, 7:48pm It’s a Christmas classic. I think of this movie every time I hear Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree.

great submitted by poptart887 on August 9, 2016, 12:59pm great movie, funny.

Christmas Classic submitted by Meginator on July 16, 2018, 11:15pm In retrospect, this film is a lot more violent than I remembered- yikes! That aside, it remains a funny film with a surprisingly genuine emotional core even if its climax does center around a Rube Goldberg house of horrors. I still watch it every December.

home but not alone submitted by meghantpowell on August 31, 2018, 11:19pm A little painful to watch the burglars get hurt, but the overall plot is super sweet and has great messages. Lots of comic relief and very well done. A fun holiday movie for the family.

Fun submitted by _desai_ on June 21, 2019, 7:45am It’s a wonderful movie for kids

A Christmas Classic submitted by sarahmekhaldi2005 on June 17, 2020, 8:08pm You can never go wrong with this Christmas classic. The scenes are hilarious and it teaches a good lesson that family is important (even if your older brother is really annoying).

Classic! submitted by mshivaprasad on July 22, 2020, 3:25pm Can re-watch it any number of times without getting bored.
