Every night is a championship race on the turbo-charged streets of Los Angeles. Dominic and Johnny are rivals who are the boldest, the baddest, the best, and turn their challengers into dust. Fun submitted by charlottedebaltzo on June 20, 2017, 8:24pm This is a fun first movie to the series and I enjoyed watching it, although the script could've been a little better. The point of the movie, though, is the cars not the dialogue.

Very Entertaining submitted by Meginator on August 18, 2017, 8:43pm The Fast and the Furious is not an objectively good film, but it is a very entertaining one. The actors make the best of a weak script, and Vin Diesel was obviously made to play roles like this. The stunts and driving scenes are well-choreographed and set pulses, um, racing, and the special effects are great as well. It even has a few moments of strangely good cinematography (definitely not that climactic drag race, though...yikes). This film is a lot of fun despite its flaws and I'm intrigued enough to stick with the series.
