Fun, Informative and Easy to Follow submitted by akhalvey on June 14, 2020, 3:42pm I had a lot of fun with this cookbook. Krishna does a great job of introducing ingredients that may be unfamiliar to non-Indian cooks and takes away the intimidation factor of working with them.
Such a great cookbook! submitted by ahlalejini on July 18, 2022, 2:29pm Priya has made Indian cooking so accessible and I've made so many of these recipes! I love the guide to spices in the front and my favorite recipes are the Lima Bean and Basil dip and the Stuffed Poblano Peppers!
