John George Laubengayer, 87, died Sunday afternoon at his home in Lodi township, after a brief illness. He was born Dec. 25, 1841, in Lodi, and had been a resident there his entire life. Mrs. Laubengayer preceded him in death Sept. 15, 1925.
He is survived by a grandson, Alwin Jedele, a granddaughter, Cora Jedele, and a son-in-law, Karl Jedele, all making their home at the Laubengayer residence.
Funeral services, which will be private, will be held at 1:30 Wednesday afternoon at the residence, with Rev. William Bodamer of Scio officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hill cemetery here.
