-We are informedthat at the recent town elections in this6tate, either the whigs or the democrats aclually threw away thcir votes in nearly every town, by giving tlieir suiFrnges for men tvho could not bo elected. Hoiv absustf was such a coursi'! Gentlemen, why not vote for some body vvho could bc elected, as yuu advised us to do, in 1840?
