Mrs. Helen Long Thorne
WILLIS - Mrs. Helen Long Thorne, 19 years old, died Saturday night at the Howell sanitarium, where she had been a patient for the past two years.
She was born Feb. 13, 1918, at Reading, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Logan Long, and was married July 6, 1934, to Carl Thorne.
Surviving are her husband, her mother, Mrs. Georgia Long, and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Hutchinson of Wayne and Miss Mary Long, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the home of her mother here, and at 2:30 at the Willis Methodist church. Rev. Ivan Gonser will officiate, and interment will be in Udell cemetery.
