Horrible Bruiality.-A man named Williatns, who resided at the time near "Lick Skillet," in Winston county, some two or three weekg since took a liltlé negro gtrl and wung her up in a horzontal position, her head aabout two feet from theground, and her feel about one foot, and while in this position, commenced whipping her.
