No High Tariff

-In a recent letter ar?.dressed to F. S. Bronson, in Georgia, and of course adapted to a southern latitude Mr. Clay says: . ;My opinión, that there is no danger hereafter of a high Tariff, is founded on the gratifying fact,.lhatour manufactures have now taken deep root.
