Funeral services for William Goodyear, a founder of the department store now known as William Goodyear & Co., will be held at 2:30 Friday afternoon at the residence at 1010 Lincoln Ave., with Dr. Howard R. Chapman officiating.
Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the Muehlig chapel until Friday morning.
Active pallbearers will be Dr. Russell Bunting, Paul L. Proud, Earl Cress, Caleb Smith, George Langford and Dr. R. B. Howell. Honorary bearers will be John MacGregor and Charles Wagner.
