Age 17, died Thursday, May 26, 1994 in New York City. She was born May 31, 1976 in Ann Arbor, the daughter of Robert L. and Mary Ann Kauma Scott, and had been a life-long Ann Arbor resident. Amy was a 1993 graduate of Community High School and was currently a first year student at Antioch College, where she majored in art. Surviving in addition to her parents are one brother Michael of St. Paul, MN; her paternal grandparents, Adolph L. (Helen) Scott of Center Line, MI; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Eric (Elma) Kauma of Saline, MI; one aunt, Susan (Charles) Boczek of Huntington Woods, MI; one uncle, Patrick (Mignon) Scott of Center Line, MI; three cousins, Kelly, Corrie and Matthew. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 1994 at St. Mary's Student Chapel with Rev. Fr. William Stevenson officiating. Memorial tributes may be made to a charity of one's choice. The family will receive friends at the MUEHLIG CHAPEL Wednesday 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. with the Vigil Service Wednesday at 8 p.m.
