Walker, Mrs. L. C.
1521 S. State - Age 72, passed away Friday at the Drake Convalescent Home. She was born July 8, 1898, in Alcorn County, Mississippi. Mrs. Walker was a member of the Church of God in Christ. Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Ida Henderson of Inkster; one sister, Mrs. Lizzie McSwain of Jackson, Tenn.; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday from the Church of God in Christ with Rev. B. T. Rimson officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
