Former Ypsilantian Dies In New Mexico
YPSILANTI - Leo J. Stoll, 59, a former Ypsilanti resident, died Tuesday in a Veterans Administration Hospital in Albuquerque, N. M., after a lingering illness.
Born on Feb. 12, 1895, in Ypsilanti, he was a son of Frank E. and Mary E. Coyle Stoll.
A draftsman by trade, he was at one time employed by the Michigan State Highway Department.
Surviving is a brother, Harold E. Stoll of Wyandotte, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Catholic Church, with burial in St. John's Cemetery.
