YPSILANTI—Funeral services for Albert J. Davis, 74, of 24 E. Michigan Ave., will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Stevens & Bush Funeral Home. Mr. Davis died Wednesday afternoon at the Veterans Hospital in Ann Arbor.

The Rev. Chester Brewer will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Udell Cemetery in Ypsilanti township, where graveside services for the World War I veteran will be conducted by American Legion Post 282. Friends may call at the funeral home.

Mr. Davis was born on July 6, 1886, in Detroit. He was the son of Paul and Anna Schantz Davis.

Mr. Davis, a commercial artist, had lived in Ypsilanti since 1930. He did paintings for several years for the Happyland Shows.

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Teynor of Bucyrus, O., and Mrs. Anna Engelbach of Toledo, O.; and several nieces and nephews.
