Mrs. Mary G. Culver, 60, wife of Clarence E. Culver of 851 Tappan Ave., died early this morning in Dr. Neil Gates’ private hospital, after an illness of several months.

She was born March 8, 1877, in Goderich, Ont., and had resided in Ann Arbor since 1921. The family moved to Ann Arbor from Milan.

She was married Nov. 27, 1900, to Mr. Culver at Milan. She was a member of the First Methodist church and the Phoebe Beal circle of King’s Daughters.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Wave Culver of Ann Arbor, Margaret Culver of Detroit, and Mrs. Dee Culver of Traverse City; a son, Ronald H. Culver of Washington, D. C.; five sisters, Mrs. Margaret Shoebridge of Ann Arbor, Mrs. John White of Detroit, Mrs. Benjamin Shoebridge of Northville, Mrs. Agnes Stokes and Mrs. Arthur Ross, both of Goderich, Ont.; six brothers, Thomas Heddle of Portland, Ore., Samuel Heddle of Goderich, Andrew Heddle of Milford, John Heddle of Regina, Saskatchewan, James Heddle of Ann Arbor, and Richard Heddle of Detroit, and several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon at the Muehlig funeral chapel with Rev. Charles Brashares officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
