Age 75, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 1999. Richard was born on June 3, 1923 in Ann Arbor the son of Charles and Margaret (Westfall) Sibert. He graduated from Ann Arbor High School in 1943, served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and retired from the Ann Arbor Post Office. He is survived by his two daughters, Michele Dupuis of Tennessee and Jill Grossman of North Dakota; grandchildren, Tawnee Roberts of New Hampshire, Todd Tyler in the U. S. Army, Lisa Hall of Arizona, Shawna McCleary, Robin Elias, Tiffany McCleary; five great grandchildren Corey and Ryan Roberts of New Hampshire, Charles McCleary and Curtis Elias of New Hampshire and Alex hall of Arizona; one sister, Barbara (Herrin) Spradlin of Dexter; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Charles and Margaret (Westfall) and one brother, Charles, Jr. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 8, 1999 at 1 p.m. at MUEHLIG FUNERAL CHAPEL with Rev. Alfred T. Bamsey officiating. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
