Alfred Hatchard, 85, Dixboro Resident, Dies
Alfred B. Hatchard, 85, a resident of Dixboro for six years and of Ann Arbor for 24 years before that, died shortly after noon today at his home, 3446 Cummings St., in Dixboro. He had been ill about three months.
Surviving are the wife, Margaret Ann Jones Hatchard; three daughters, Mrs. Gertrude M. Buchanan and Miss Maude Hatchard of Dixboro, and Mrs. Harold H. Cummings of Ann Arbor; four sons, Robert of Detroit, Thomas of Saskatchewan, Canada, John of Inglewood, Calif., and Francis of Ann Arbor.
Funeral service will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday afternoon from the Muehlig Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Dixboro Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after today.
