It’s National Waffle Day!

Today just happens to be National Waffle Day, so let’s talk about breakfast. Breakfast is also good for lunch or dinner, and with good purpose – breakfast foods are delicious and wonderful! Waffles, toast, fried potatoes, piles of bacon, eggs any way you like it – the list goes on.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner! The best waffle recipe I have has you separate the eggs and fold in beaten egg whites. Very good!

That is so awesome! We had waffles yesterday and actually had some left over this morning.

I love a western egg white omelet with extra cheese, well done hash browns, and an English muffin for breakfast at breakfast time or after midnight. Yum!!

I also love me some Hippie Hash from the Fleetwood Diner in the middle of the night -- that's some serious good eats!

My family took a vacation to Maine, and we found an ice cream waffle sundae place. It was really good!
