Makes Return Visits: Mrs. Ralph Johnson of 1401 Red Oak Rd. (left), a polio victim and the mother of four small children, is shown here during one of her regular visits for supervision and treatment at University Hospital. Mrs. Johnson, the daughter of U-M Prof. and Mrs. T. H. Hildebrandt, was stricken by the disease in July, 1953. With her are Dr. Leonard F. Bender, staff physician of the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the hospital, and Miss Marian Bergen, physical therapist in the same department.

"Lisbeth Johnson was my sister, daughter of Dora Ware H. and Theophil H Hildebrandt. Grew up at 1930 Cambridge, married Ralph (Bud) Johnson, lived on Red Oak, had polio in 1943, raised 4 children, moved to Portland Me, died a few years ago, survived by her second husband Larry Harbeck, whose deceased wife was Alice Huntingron, Lisbeth's best friend from way back." - H.
