1,000TH COUPLE GET LICENSE: Couple No. 1,000 to apply for a marriage license at the Washtenaw county clerk's office during the year are Ypsilanti accountant Charles Dale Slinkard, 22, of 412 Ferris St., and his bride-to-be Mary Elizabeth Haverkamp, 21-year-old secretary living at 417 Washtenaw Ave., Ypsilanti. Mr. Slinkard and Miss Haverkamp, who took the big step yesterday afternoon, are shown receiving their license from Barbara M. Dowse, deputy county clerk.
