Mrs. Stone
Mrs. Mollie Stone, 82, of 428 S. Main, died last night at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.
She was born in Kentucky Dec. 2, 1882, the daughter of Turner and Della Sizemore Stone. She had lived in the Ann Arbor area for the past 25 years, and was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God.
Surviving are her husband, Hark; three sons, Elmer Bradley of Jackson; Jess Stone of Ann Arbor and James Stone of Jackson; five daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Sayler, Mrs. Basil Wentworth and Mrs. John Johnson, all of Ann Arbor, Mrs. William Walter of Carey, Ohio, and Mrs. Steven Caudill of Chelsea; three stepsons, Linnie Stone of Dunkirk, Ohio, Tom Stone of Knox, Ind., and Hensley Stone of Chesterton, Ind.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Frank Lamberty of Fox Lake, Ill.; three brothers, James Stone of Leslie, Prok Stone of Middletown, Ind., and George Stone of San Francisco, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Logan Watson of Fitchburg; 33 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Staffan Funeral Home, the Rev. George Spradlin, associate pastor of the Pentecostal Church of God, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
