Miss Agnes Girard, 73, of 303 E. Ann St., died Tuesday afternoon at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital after a long illness.
She was born April 23, 1888, in Ontario, Canada, a daughter of George and Janet Laughlin Girard. She had lived in the Ann Arbor area for the past 20 years.
She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church.
There are no immediate survivors.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at St. Thomas Church. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Muehlig Chapel, where friends may call.
