Mrs. George Bondie
Saline, March 1. - Mrs. George Bondie died Monday evening at her home three miles west of Saline. She formerly was Clara Marchewitz and was married to Mr. Bondie April 29, 1915, in Detroit. They had resided near Saline the last seven years.
She was born April 8, 1895, in Detroit, and was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical church, Saline, and the Ladies auxiliary of the church.
She is survived by her husband; four children, Beatrice, Ilene, Joseph and Earl, all at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Marchewitz of Dearborn; two sisters, Mrs. John Kopy of Detroit and Anna Marchewitz of Dearborn; and three brothers, Frank of Rome, Stephen of Detroit, and George of Dearborn.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the residence and at 1:30 at the St. Paul's Evangelical church. Rev. C. H. Wittbracht will officiate, and burial will be in the cemetery at Romulus.
