A clap of thunder in the distance caused Henry to look up from his book. he looked out over the cliff to see the water smashing violently against the rock face. In the distance, dark clouds were forming; sure enough, a storm was brewing, and it appeared to be a nasty one. Henry quickly packed up his things and headed back inside, but the rain started to poor before he got there.

    Once indoors, Henry went to take a bath, looking forward to finishing his book before bed. It was a captivating story, one about romance and power, chronicling the end of one era and the beginning of another. Henry had just reached the climax of the novel when he had heard the thunder in the distance.

    After his bath, Henry climbed into bed and reached over to his nightstand for his book; only to find that it wasn’t there.
