Bundled up in plastic wrappings to provide workers with warmth and protection from the weather, the 26-story building being constructed at the corner of Maynard and E. William is slowly rising. When completed, it will dwarf the Maynard House (left) and will be the tallest building in Michigan outside Detroit.
