I'm a bit confused on the fourth one. In all the other badges I've done, I was able to find the code on the first page, usually in the first 10. This time, I believe I found the name of the game, searched it up, but I was not able to find the code in any of them.

If you are interested in an offbeat card game (which I learned to play while living in Wisconsin), try Sheepshead. It is a 5-person card game and partners change with each hand. It's a great game if you have 5 people so that one person doesn't have to sit out of the traditional 4 person card games.
