Greenery of Gwen

The artist Gwen Frostic is a true Michigan treasure. If you have heard of her you’re in the club  - which is always taking NEW members! Frostic was a lifelong resident of Michigan and she was best known for her nature based, block print artwork and the founder of Presscraft Printers in Benzonia, MI - which still exists almost 20 years after Frostic passed away.  When you can visit again the gift shop at Matthaei Gardens sells some of Frostic’s cards and prints.
