Ready Site For New Hotel: Two houses at E. William and Maynard St. are being torn down to make way for the $1-300,000 Maynard House. It will be a 10-story residential hotel with 73 one and two-room suites, two penthouses, a restaurant and space for a variety of small shops. It will be the first downtown high-rise building in 30 years.
