Decorate For Church Party: Members of the Youth Division of the First Methodist Church decorate for a public New Year's Eve party to be held from 8 to 11:45 p.m. tomorrow. The young people are (left to right) Diana Bell, Richard Correll, Scott Olson, Greg Smith, Susan Rupert and Chris Owens. A Watchnight Service in the church sanctuary will be held from 11:45 p.m. to 12:15 a.m. after the party.
