'TOM THUMB WEDDING' AT MANCHESTER: One of the features of the program of Manchester annual Community Fair yesterday and today is a "Tom Thumb Wedding" presented by children from the kindergarten and primary rooms of the school, under the direction of Miss Arlene Rosencrants, aided by the grade teachers. The "wedding" will be given tonight in the Civic auditorium. Haeussler president of the village. The project includes creation of a small lake, rerouting of the old road at the east village limits, a new bridge and beautification of the entire area owned by Mr. Ford.
