CAPES AND BRIEF JACKETS: ...Another new look on the fashion scene is the very, very brief jacket topping a sheath dress. Here Mrs. Lodewick wears an ensemble of white and beige tweed. The jacket has a "blouson" back and is cut Empire style in front. A Dutch boy look is created in the sheath by full darts at the hips. Completing her ensemble, she wears a perky beige straw hat with an upturned brim.
