NO WEAPON NEEDED FOR 'POSSUM HUNTING: Osmon Grider, 1124 Ann St., doesn't need a gun when he goes 'possum hunting. Grider was driving along the river road Monday night when the full-grown opossum he is holding so gingerly crossed the road in front of his car. Mr. Grider stopped his automobile and nabbed Mr. 'Possum with his bare hands. He swears that 'possums are harmless if you know how to catch them but judging by the display of teeth and claws this specimen is making, we prefer to do our 'possum hunting with a gun.

OPOSSUM INVADES CHICKEN COOP: Curled up and ready to sleep (if people would only leave him alone), this opossum was photographed in a hen nest in a chicken coop owned by Lyle Todd, 2906 South St., East Ann Arbor. Todd doesn't know just when the furry animal moved in with the chickens but says the 'possum acts right at home.
