IN VICTOR HERBERT MELODIES PARADE TONIGHT: One of the leading numbers in "Juniors on Parade," dance revue to be given each night this week in Lydia Mendelssohn theater for St. Joseph's Mercy hospital children, is a parade of girls representing popular Victor Herbert numbers.
