DRAW UP YOUR CHAIRS: That apparently is what "Skippy," black shepherd dog owned by Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Finkbeiner of near Clinton, told her four six-week-old pups, because the pups were undoubtedly at the dinner table when the above picture was taken yesterday.
