EVERY 18 MINUTES A BOAT PASSES: Detroit and St. Clair rivers are parts of one of the busiest waterways in the world. Through them from the beginning of navigation in April to its end in December passes a constant parade of boats - one boat every 18 minutes on an average, day and night.
