Site of 'Operation Skywatch': In this small structure on the roof of the Michigan Union, volunteer members of Washtenaw county's Ground Observer Corps scan the skies as part of the nationwide "Operation Skywatch." The watch is maintained as a guard against a sneak enemy attack from the air. More volunteers are needed by the Washtenaw group.
